How it works

We find your legal basis and tell you honestly if there's a route.
A personal document checklist, and one case manager from day one.
We prepare and file everything. You review it, we check it twice.
We track your case and keep you updated until the decision.
Beyond the paperwork
We remember every date and deadline, so you don't have to.
Our own technology fills in your application, so our time goes into checking your case.
We track every date around your case, from your card to your rental agreement, and remind you in good time.
When a case is stuck
Most agencies stop once the application is in. That's where we start.
Review the file
We read your file and find out from the immigration office exactly where your case stands.
Case acceleration
Ponaglenie
Not a standard letter: a full case file the immigration office has to answer.
Appeal
Odwołanie
If the decision is negative, we appeal within 14 days.
Administrative court
WSA · NSA
If the immigration office still won't move, partner attorneys take your case to court.
2–3 months
to a decision in cases we've accelerated.
Same day
we send the first letter to the immigration office or start acting on your case.
Real results, not promises. Every case is different, and the immigration office makes the decision.

Questions
One fixed fee for your case, agreed in writing before we start. Your free review ends with a clear figure, not a range.
That depends on the immigration office. Deadlines are currently suspended and in big cities a case can take many months. Nothing on our side adds a day, and when the office goes quiet, we push.
Only for fingerprints and to collect your card. Consultations happen at our office or on Google Meet, whichever suits you.
Come anyway. Refusals, silence and missed appointments are exactly what our escalation work is for. If you've had a refusal, write today: the window is fourteen days.
No one can honestly guarantee that. The decision belongs to the immigration office or the court. We promise a complete, correct application and a team that won't let your case sit.
Yes. Most of the work happens online, in your language, and we meet on Google Meet whenever it's easier. Filing and fingerprints need you in Poland: MOS doesn't accept residence applications from abroad.
Land safely. We handle the paperwork.
