What we collect

The details you give us in our forms: your name, email address, phone number, preferred language, your message and your answers to the free case review.

Technical data needed to run the site, such as your cookie choice. Analytics and marketing data only if you allow it in the cookie settings.

Why we use it

To answer your enquiry and prepare an offer at your request (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).

To protect the site and our forms from abuse (our legitimate interest, Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

To measure and improve the site and our advertising, only with your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can withdraw consent at any time in the cookie settings.

Who receives it

Providers that help us run the site and answer you, acting on our instructions: website hosting, email delivery for form messages, and — only with your consent — Google (Analytics) and Meta (advertising measurement).

When the office map is shown, map tiles are loaded from OpenFreeMap, which receives your IP address to deliver them.

Partner attorneys receive your case details only with your agreement, when your case needs legal representation.

Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area; where they do, transfers rely on the safeguards the GDPR requires, such as standard contractual clauses.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry data for as long as needed to answer you and follow up. If you become a client, we keep your file for the periods the law requires.

Your rights

You can ask for access to your data, its correction, deletion or restriction, and data portability, and you can object to processing based on our legitimate interest.

You can also lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych, uodo.gov.pl).
