Questions
If you file a complete application while your current stay is legal, your stay generally remains legal for as long as the procedure lasts. Travel and work rules depend on your situation, so we check them with you before you file.
They rest on different grounds. Permanent residence usually needs a tie to Poland, such as Polish origin or marriage to a Polish citizen; EU long-term resident status needs five years of legal, continuous stay and B1 Polish. We tell you which fits at the free case review.
Tell us where you are. We'll show you the way.
A free case review takes a few minutes. You get a clear next step, and a fixed quote in writing before we start anything.
