How we set it up

Choose your programme
In English or in Polish, at a university that fits your goals, including our partner universities.

Documents, legalised
Apostille or legalisation, certified copies and sworn translations of every document.

NAWA recognition
If your certificate or diploma needs it, we apply to NAWA for its recognition.

Language certificate
No B2 certificate yet? We help you get one, or arrange the university's own language test.

Application and acceptance
We file your application. Where a document is still on its way, we ask partner universities for conditional acceptance.

Visa and residence card
With your acceptance letter, we prepare your student visa, and in Poland your residence card for studies.
Students from Central Asia and many other countries study in Poland with us. The university decides on admission; we make sure your application is complete and on time.
Based on the Law on Higher Education and Science and NAWA's guidance on recognition (since 1 July 2025 NAWA issues the recognition statements for foreign certificates), checked in October 2026. Each university sets its own admission rules and deadlines.
